Improved Nastran Reader

The very latest changes to the Nastran readers include:

Jan 06:  Allow the user to control (int he extra GUI section) whether to include 1D, 2D, or 3D elements.

Jan 06:  Added recognition for the following elements:
            RROD
            RBAR
            RBE2
            RBE3
            RSPLINE
            RTRPLT
            CELAS1
            CELAS2

Feb 06:  Users can decide (in the extra GUI section) whether the rigidbody or the op2 timeline will control

Feb 06:  Not all op2 files (in a .mop file) have to have a rigid body association.
           (used to be that if any had a rigid body association, they all had to)
