SAS, the French leading provider of pre- and post-processing solutions
for scientific simulation is announcing its 2006 EnSight Forum -- which
will take place at the IDRIS (www.idris.fr)
in Orsay (Paris) on the 20th of October 2006. The event will
discuss post-processing for simulation using EnSight visualization
software, from CEI. In particular the conference will focus on both
established and emerging visualization techniques including parallel
processing and distributed rendering on High Performance Clusters.
Companies
involved in simulation invariably have access to cluster technology,
but visualization systems rarely utilize them. As data sets grow and
grow, fully parallel visualization is the only way to provide the
answers that engineers require in order to make decisions.With this
event, Distene offers to the engineers a place to learn about high
performance visualization techniques and share their experience with
experts from research and industry organizations.
"Distene is proud to be the first in France to offer a platform
for simulation experts to discuss these leading edge visualization
techniques," says Distene PDG Mark Loriot. This event is open to
eligible professionals currently working or interested in scientific
simulation and visualization. Distene is accepting technical
presentations based on innovative uses of EnSight and other CEI
products.
