CEI is offering exhibitors the opportunity to participate in CEIViz '08 as sponsors.  Companies that provide computing hardware for CEI customers are invited to exhibit at CEIViz '08 and demonstrate the advantages of their hardware platform. Software partners are encouraged to demonstrate how their solution is built upon or complements CEI's simulation software suite.  Exhibits are located in the main conference hall, providing maximum exposure for your company's demonstrations.  Participate in sponsorship of this show and make September 23-24, 2008, the most productive two days of the year.

What You Will Receive
The following items and services are provided for each exhibitor:

Conference Tote Bags / Backpacks
Include your company logo on the official conference bag and your brand will be carried throughout the show and into the streets creating countless impressions in our industry. This tote bag will be given to every paid conference attendee upon registration, filled with pertinent show materials, collateral and giveaways.  Tote Bag will clearly display CEIViz ‘08 logo and client logo together.  Client must provide logo to CEI.  If you are interested in being a tote bag sponsor, please notate this on your exhibitor contract.

Orioles Game

The Baltimore Orioles are playing the Tampa Bay Rays Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 7:05pm. If you are interested in sponsoring tickets to this game for those who attended training after the conference, please indicate this on your exhibitor contract.

Food Stations

If you are interested in being a food station sponsor, please notate this on your Exhibitor Registration Form.

In return for your sponsorship, CEI will recognize you with on site signage as well as allowing you a ten-minute time period to speak to attendees about your products. By contributing during one of the CEIViz breaks, your company will show its support of the conference. The breaks are scheduled during a no-conflict time, and over 150 top industry professionals are expected to flock to the exhibit hall for each of these events.

Materials Handling/Shipping

A labor fee of $3.00 per box will apply for handling more than ten (10) boxes.  The Hotel must have prior notification of all incoming packages.  A $10 per day storage fee will be charged for packages received more than three (3) days in advance.

The client is responsible for shipping any packages back to their location.

Elevator size for materials is 3.333 feet wide by 7.5 feet tall (maximum).  Please do not ship anything larger than this, it will not fit in the elevator and you will not be able to use it during the conference.

Delivery trucks must have a lift on their trucks in order to get the materials into the building.
