Animation is showing Liquid Natural Gas emanating from a hole in a breached tanker shell.  The Liquid Natural Gas evaporates upon contact with the sea-water and ignites when it hits the atmosphere, presumably from a spark.  Simulation courtesy of ANSYS-Fluent, post-processed in EnSight.
