Win free hotel accommodations and admission to The 2008 Extreme Simulation Conference!

EnSight users are invited to contribute images and animations for competition in the 2008 Image/Animation Contest at CEIViz '08.  Awards will be presented to finalists during the awards dinner on the evening of Tuesday, September 23rd. You must be present to win!

*Those who submit images for the image/animation contest at CEIViz '08 will automatically be entered into the 2009 EnSight Calendar Contest. 

Image Requirements

Recommended Minimum Size (allows for full page display)
11.5 x 9 inches at 300dpi / 47.917 x 37.5 inches at 72dpi / 3450 x 2700 pixels
Horizontal (landscape) or Vertical (portrait) based on the longest side.
Square shape renderings: 11.5 x 11.5 inches at 300dpi / 47.917 x 47.917 inches at 72dpi / 3450 x 3450 pixels.

Acceptable File Formats
TIFF files will produce the best clarity without distortion from compression.JPEG files are acceptable with compression set to "High" or "Maximum" quality to reduce the occurrence of compression artifacts.

Animation Requirements 

Animation resolutions should be 1600x1200 or 1280x1024. Please send in .evo format.

Winners will be selected in the following categories: CFD, FEA, coupled, and scientific. The overall winner will receive free hotel accommodations for two days during the conference, as well as free conference admission. Winners will also be included in CEI's 2009 calendar, and will receive recognition at the awards reception. All images submitted will be considered for CEI's 2009 calendar, CEI's web site, and other marketing materials. You must be present at the conference to win and you must complete the form below to be considered for the competition.
