Please make sleeping room reservations as soon as possible through the hotel’s toll free number at 800-333-3333. The group rate is $169+ tax - good through Monday, August 24, 2008. Don't forget to mention CEIViz when making reservations. Cancellation of reservations must be made by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the day of arrival. *These rates are only good for the dates: 9/21/08-9/26/08.
The Hotel will honor reservations received by Monday, August 24, 2008. A reservation received after this date is subject to space availability and prevailing room rates.
Hotel Check In/Check Out
The Hotel's check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and check out is by 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time. Guests arriving prior to 3:00pm will be accommodated, as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving early when rooms are not available. There will be a $50.00 early departure fee if the hotel guest decides to leave early.

Parking
The hotel offers valet-only parking for approximately $28 per day. There are other parking options in the area with hourly parking between $5-12 per hour or $12-15 daily maximum rates.

Three major airports service Baltimore:

BWI is located 10 miles south of the city and is the primary airport for travelers to Baltimore. Nineteen carriers offer 692 flights in and out of the airport daily. BWI has several facilities for long-term and daily parking and complimentary shuttle service to satellite parking areas. Airport transfers to Baltimore or Washington, D. C. are available via shuttle bus, taxi, Light Rail, Amtrak train or limousine service. Go to the BWI Airport website and click on 'Ground Transportation' for detailed transportation options.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Northern Virginia (www.mwaa.com/dulles)
Washington Dulles is located in Dulles, VA, approximately 60 miles from the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore. There are 10 Domestic and 21 International airlines serving Dulles as of 2006.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) in Northern Virginia (www.mwaa.com/national/index.htm)
Ronald Reagan airport is approximately 40 miles from the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore. There are 13 airlines serving Reagan National as of 2006. Metrorail, shuttles, taxis and rental cars are available from the Airport. Click here to see detailed transportation options.
Trains & Public Transportation
Trains arrive and depart from Penn Station, located at 1500 N. Charles Street in Baltimore. Penn Station offers enclosed waiting areas, paid short-term and long-term parking, a restaurant and snack bar, taxi, and transit service.
Amtrak (www.amtrak.com) trains run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, connecting Baltimore to cities along the Northeast Corridor. Amtrak also runs to BWI. For fares and schedules, call 1-800-872-7245.
Mass Transit Administration (MTA) (www.mtamaryland.com) operates Local, Express and Commuter Buses, Light Rail, Metro Subway, and Mobility services throughout Downtown Baltimore and surrounding Maryland counties. Call 410-539-500/1-866-743-3682 or visit www.mtamaryland.com for schedules.
MTA's Metro Subway operates 7 days a week and runs from Owings Mills in Baltimore County to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Downtown Baltimore. Closes at midnight. Call 410-539-5000/1-866-743-3682 or visit www.mtamaryland.com for schedules.
MTA's Light Rail system also operates 7 days a week and runs from Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Baltimore County to Cromwell in Anne Arundel County, as well as stops at Penn Station and BWI Marshall Airport.
