ANSYS customer portal is the new destination for customer support, product downloads, license management, and knowledge materials for all our active commercial customers.

Support through legacy CEI portal will be discontinued effective August 1st, 2018. To prevent disruptions to support and services, please move to the the ANSYS customer portal at your earliest convenience.

If you don’t have active EnSight maintenance please contact your local ANSYS sales office.

Commercial EnSight Customers: If you have an active, current EnSight maintenance/TECS (Technical Enhancement and Customer Support), then please visit to register and get started.

You will need your ANSYS account/customer number to register.

Following are the different ways by which you can get the customer number:

  1. Contact your ANSYS Support Coordinator
  2. If you have a valid license installed, run the ANSLIC_ADMIN utility.
    1. On Unix: /ansys_inc/shared_files/licensing/lic_admin/anslic_admin.
    2. On Windows: Select ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility from the ANSYS, Inc. License Manager folder.
    3. Select option – View Status/Diagnostics Options.
    4. Select option – Display the Customer Number
